Mercedes alternates Sprinter Service A and Service B roughly every year or 10,000 to 20,000 miles. Service A is the lighter service (oil, filter, inspection), while Service B is more thorough and adds items like the fuel filter and a deeper inspection. Your van shows which is due.
Service A
The lighter of the two: full synthetic oil and filter, a multi-point inspection, fluid checks, and a reset of the service indicator.
Service B
More comprehensive, adding items such as the fuel filter and a deeper inspection of brakes, suspension, and emissions.
