Requests and appointments

Submitting a form or calling starts a conversation and does not create a binding appointment until confirmed by our team. Diagnostic and estimate fees, where they apply, are disclosed before work begins and are credited toward an authorized repair.

Service and payment

Work is authorized in writing. Deposits may be required on larger jobs, and final balances are due at pickup. Vehicles are released only when paid in full.

Limitation

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
