A Sprinter sliding door that drops, drags, or will not latch is almost always worn center and lower rollers plus a dirty or damaged track. Replacing the rollers, servicing the track, and adjusting the door restores smooth, quiet operation without replacing the door.
Why it sags
The rollers carry the heavy door along the track. As they wear, the door drops and starts to scrape the body and fight the latch.
The repair
We replace the worn rollers, clean and repair the track, and adjust the striker so the door glides and latches correctly again.
